Texas Best Lobbyist New: Gov. Perry Reappoints McDaniel and Rogers to Texas Crime Stoppers Council
Rick Perry has appointed William McDaniel and Susan Rogers for another term to the Texas Crime Stoppers Council. The council helps create Crime Stoppers organizations around Texas to help law enforcement.
McDaniel is chief deputy of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. He is a board member of the Texas Chief Deputies Association, member of the Sheriffs’ Association of Texas and Texas Police Association, and past member of the American Association of State Troopers. He served in the U.S. Air Force and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. McDaniel received a bachelor’s degree from South Dakota State University, a Master of Business Administration from LeTourneau University, and a master’s degree in counseling and guidance from the University of North Dakota.
